Insurance Mitigation and Property Renovation

Insurance Mitigation

When an incident occurs in your property, it can be very stressful and inconvenient in the sense that it usually occurs when you are least prepared for it. This is where we can help. Our owner, Tim Haifley, will take the time to meet with you as soon as possible to assess your damage and discuss the possible solutions. With our expertise and professionalism, we can take on the entire restoration in most cases. We will evaluate the demolition and mitigation, repair and replacement or materials, furniture security and storage, and all incidental processes and cleanup. We will then put together a detailed description of the necessary procedures accompanying a detailed cost proposal so that it can be submitted to the insurance adjuster for reimbursement. Even when the adjustment is not satisfactory for the job at hand, we are very capable of going back to the Insurance Adjuster and proposing all evidence necessary to get them to re-evaluate the adjustment in hopes of getting a more adequate settlement.

Designed Renovation

Our Consultation to fulfill your interior renovation project is specifically designed to reduce stress and miscommunication as much as possible by keeping the project moving with proper schedules, available materials, and open lines of communication. At the initial consultation, we will evaluate property as it is, understand and document the extent of your expectations, make recommendations and suggestions, and do whatever it takes to facilitate and contract every aspect of the job so that the stress is eliminated as much as possible. We do this by taking a positive and solution-based approach to every challenge or scope of work throughout the duration of the process.
